Returns policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
If your refund is approved, this will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 days.

Defective or damaged items will be replaced, report these to [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt to be eligible for replacement.

For exchanges or the product is not quite right for you, send an email to [email protected] and we will arrange collection. Please note, the cost of delivery will be deducted from your refund.

Discounted sale items are not eligible for refunds unless damaged or defective.
