Postage & Delivery 

Here are a few details about our delivery service and process. 

When do we dispatch your orders? 

We’ll send your order as soon as we can. If you place an order before 12pm on a working day then we will dispatch it on the same day. If you place it after 12pm (or on a non-working day), it will be dispatched on the next working day. 

What does products available on back order mean? 

Orders that are placed on products that are “available on back order” are subject to a short additional lead time, normally 2-3 days. 

How do we send your orders? 

We send all orders via courier service. 

Orders can be delivered to a home or business address of your choice. 
We will normally send you a notification email when your order leaves our warehouse. The progress of courier deliveries in the UK can be tracked online and we will send you a tracking link in the confirmation email. 
Our courier service requires that orders are signed for on delivery. 

What we need from you? 

It is important that you include any delivery instructions at the checkout stage. These could include your opening and closing hours or perhaps there may be a specific entrance that you would like the courier to use. Help us get your order to you on time, first time, every time! 

UK delivery charges 

All orders will be sent via Courier service. Charges start at £6.95. 
All orders over £100 will be delivered free of charge within the UK mainland (please note: the £100 spend is after all discounts have been applied and is exclusive of delivery) 

For those who prefer to choose a delivery day and time, you can specify your selection at the checkout stage. Orders under £100 will carry a small delivery charge calculated at the checkout stage.

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
If your refund is approved, this will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 days.

Defective or damaged items will be replaced, report these to [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt to be eligible for replacement.

For exchanges or the product is not quite right for you, send an email to [email protected] and we will arrange collection. Please note, the cost of delivery will be deducted from your refund.

Discounted sale items are not eligible for refunds unless damaged or defective.
